If it were possible to give this company 0 stars I would. I set up a meeting with Drew Walker to bring my paperwork to his office. He never showed and made up some excuse that he put the calendar appt in west coast time so he showed up 3 hours later. He came to my office later that week, picked up my paperwork and said the taxes would be done by March 7. On the 13th I checked in on status, but never got a reply to my email. I tried again a week later — again no reply. I’ve been calling and emailing for the last four days and he still won’t return my messages. For all I know, they’ve gone out of business or just run off with all my information. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service, and really don’t even know what to do to get all my tax info back from him. He lists 8 locations where he rents out space and may or may not be at, so it’s not like I can just show up at an office. DO NOT use this service.
