Saima Says Design

Saima’s wedding invitations are beautiful. Unfortunately, her attitude made the whole experience more stressful and aggravating than enjoyable I’m sorry to say. As one of the first checks in the checklist, you would hope that collaborating with an expensive graphic artist to design your wedding invitations would be the first of many wonderful experiences in planning your wedding. Unfortunately, this was not the case. In dealing with Saima, don’t be surprised if you feel like SHE is the one doing YOU the favor. In addition, we frequently experienced radio silence for days without any explanation. When we voiced concerns after the second incident of unresponsiveness, the response was attitude and excuses. She doesn’t work on weekends either, even to respond to client emails. Overall very poor customer service, especially considering her price point.
I will say that the invitations were gorgeous — but they were also extremely pricey. This is graphic design…
In short the invitations were beautiful, but not worth the money in my opinion, given the poor customer service and attitude. It did seem towards the end of the experience, however, that she was trying harder to be responsive. Saima needs a better understanding of how to treat paying clientele.

Saima was a pleasure to work with. She’s fun, honest, professional and her creativity is unmatched to the other invitation vendors. Saima is as good as it gets!
I don’t know where anyone could fault Saima and her designs. I have met with her on weekdays and weekends. She is very accommodating, even with me popping in her office … me handing in payments or me discussing some minor edits in the invitations.
I used Saima for two wedding events that I had. Saima will listen to your ideas and turn the product to so much more. My guests did not throw away the invitations because they were so beautiful! I HIGHLY recommend Saima Says Designs! Her creativity is a true treasure.
