Nice store, but sales ppl are more interested in talking to each other than customers. Definitely need some customer service 101 training in there!

I like the new Reebok focus on crossfit style clothing and shoes. The reason for the 1 star rating is for the quality of customer service offered at the store. As a customer, I don’t appreciate being treated as a nuisance or talked down to. Especially, when I’m being polite and respectful. I’m simply there to purchase a few items. I’m not there to get things for free. I’m there to spend money. The staff are either completely apathetic and act as if nothing is really their job, or as in the case of the super tall sales lady, rude, bossy, and intransigent. They are extremely unpleasant. When a question is asked, the response one gets is condecending. The sales lady’s attitude is that of: «you should know better not to bother me.» This has happened to me on repeated occasions. I gave you guys a fair chance. Now, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere and will stop recommending you. Whoever owns this store, needs to take a serious look at who they’re hiring and how they’re training them. The current weekend staff are more interested in scaring customers away rather than ensuring shopping at Reebok is a pleasant experience. It’s not surprising that at peak weekend shopping hours, I was the only person there. This is a direct result of poor customer service. Otherwise, the store would be packed but I’m sure other people have been driven away like I was. Although I like your products, I’m not going back to the store unless a sincere effort is taken by management to offer high quality customer service and a pleasant shopping experience, not one where one is barked at and talked down to.

Wish I could give no stars! The staff is rude, unhelpful and not willing to go any mile let alone the extra mile. I went to return new nanos I purchased online(with my receipt) and the store said«we can’t help you.» What an inconvenient and archaic policy for 2015. Bad Reebok. I will never buy another pair of Reeboks again. The shoes suck and so does the Georgetown store. #reeboksucks #horriblecustomerservice #rude #stupidpolicy

Unfortunate experience. Came into browse then had the sales associates inform me new Nanos were on sale, plus an extra 15% because I was a member of their sister crossfit gym. When I was ready to buy they said they made a mistake and the discount would not be honored. And there was no apology for their error. Might as well continue buying online.

The new Reebok is more focused on crossfit, and this location has a gym in the back of the store. The store is really amazing and has a tremendous staff. Andrea Ferry is particularly awesome! Their products are pretty impressive, too. The new lines of shoes, shirts and shorts are all pretty impressive. I had stopped considering Reebok for workout gear but now I need to reconsider that completely. They are every bit as good as the competition and for crossfit, gym workouts, etc they are probably the best! Totally worth visiting the fithub if you need some gear… or stop in for one of their free seminars or classes. They are a great resource!

They sell lots of great clothing and shoes as you’d expect from a sportswear store, however it is also labeled as a «FitHub». This means that they also have a ton of in-store events and activities, such as fitness classes and a weekly run club, and I think many of these are free. The store itself is very CrossFit oriented, but they do have running, dance, and other sport-based sections. It’s not very big, but it’s really well designed so that the clothing racks and shelves can be rolled out of the way to create a gym space for workouts. I saw lots of wooden boxes for box jumps, ropes for climbing, and some medicine balls around the store, and I’m assuming they have more in back for the classes. The staff, which includes trainers and nutritionists, are very knowledgeable about the fabrics and performance gear, to help you find the best stuff for your workout. I also heard that they will eventually have a full CrossFit gym in the back of the store, but I’m not sure when that will open.
