RPM Washington DC is a residential property management firm. We specialize in single-​family homes and small condo/​apartment buildings, providing leasing, management and maintenance services. We help people who primarily fall into one of three categories: property owners having trouble finding qualified tenants for their rentals; property owners who are tired of the late night and weekend calls from tenants for repairs; or investors who have multiple properties and no time for or interest in the daily management. We also maintain properties for people who travel extensively, but are not interested in renting to strangers.

Business Owner

After graduating from Howard University in 2001 with a degree in civil

engineering, Tiffany started her career with Turner Construction Company. She worked there for 10 years in various construction management roles in the commercial arena. Her roles included scheduling engineer, field engineer, assistant project manager, estimator, and LEED engineer. After leaving Turner, she worked as a Project Manager for a smaller general contractor, Banneker Ventures, focusing on commercial interiors renovations and owner representation. Throughout her career, she invested in real estate and managed rental properties. After successfully developing a small condo building in Northeast D.C. in 2012, she decided that she was ready to step out on her own. In 2013, she purchased a Real Property Management franchise and prepared to leave the corporate world.

Tiffany now manages the RPM Washington DC office full time.
