The guy is not an architect, even though he passes himself off as one and charges rates as if he were. Stay away.

Beware of this guy! He came to our house, and under the guise of producing some ideas for our kitchen, he did useless drawings for which he is now trying to charge a fortune. We never had any agreement with him – he never offered a contract or showed me a portfolio of his work – so I was expecting the sketches to be just preliminary and on spec. Moreover, his drawings are useless — he totally disregarded our parameters (and never asked about our budget). Feeling sorry for him, I offered him partial payment. He wouldn’t take it and we are now embroiled in a legal dispute. Stay away!!! I don’t know what the deal is with him, but very sorry I got involved…
