Yes, I am reviewing a bank branch.
Not only have I only had great experiences with PNC as a bank, but this branch is the most friendly and helpful you could possibly find. It might be the fact that the building looks like an old style bank inside and out, that makes the staff want to make banking a pleasant experience. While I have talked to managers and financial planners, I have never had a hard sell on a product or service. Instead, the staff simply explains everything that could help me, and even steered me away from products that would not have served me. When the branch is quiet, I even had discussions with one of the managers about motorcycles. The experience there is so good that once when I was given $ 100 in over-​count, I felt that I had to return it, lest I be letting friends down.

As far as banks go, PNC is pretty good. Granted it’s not very difficult for a bank to be good, as the majority of them are awful, but still. The employees at this location are friendly and quick. There’s a drive-​through ATM here, as well as drive-​up teller service.
Their banking options are pretty good too. Their savings account in the «Virtual Wallet» program has some of the highest interest rates I’ve seen for those of us who aren’t raking in huge money. When I opened my account it had a 3.00% APY, but sadly that took a nosedive along with the economy. It’s still better than crummy Bank of America.
The only downside to PNC is that they don’t have very many ATM or branch locations. In fact, I think the furthest West they go is somewhere in Missouri.
