I am a self proclaimed shopaholic and have been to many stores by this company. I’m not too sure why they were so much more rude than others, but instead of making me feel like a valued customer, I felt like I was treated like a homeless person. I walked in and was looking at all the specials and one lady behind the counter kept saying «you have to spend $ 50 to get those» not once, twice but three times — and not in s nice helpful way btw — like 1) I couldn’t read and 2) I must have looked cheap or poor or not worthy to be in there. Because of that, I didn’t spend what I intended and ended up walking out. Find another store if you must go to this chain but considering the service, stick to online shopping. They obviously don’t need your business!

Was not impressed with a location in Columbia heights. Very small. One person manning it and three or four customers inside. You can’t sample most perfumes. They sell hair products there too.
Good thing is that it is in a complex with a fair price parking garage. This gets them one more store.
They have cheaper brand body sprays you can sample but it was not worth the trip.
I will stick to the Internet or department stores for my fragrances. This place has some deals on gift sets but not much else.
You should always give it a shot once because maybe they have what you like. You won’t know till you try.
It is on the main level of the shopping complex near payless.
