It is an approach towards the life that dwells together all aspects of human nature– physical, emotional, metal and spiritual. It helps us to know our inner self, human nature and personal identity. Through its psychotherapy approaches it taps the diverse source to adopt, adapt, energy healing, transformation and personal change.

Mental Wellness: As the new physics took us inside every corner of atom and opened up the world of understanding, just like that holistic psychology takes us inside our own consciousness to open up our inner world that helps us identify our inner selves and mental wellness. Established in 2009.

Moksha Living strives to create and maintain a consciousness of fulfillment for individuals and communities. Moksha Living is a boutique practice. We specialize in giving clients a holistic approach that includes: psychotherapy approaches, yoga classes, life coaching, nutrition consultation, energy healing and body-​focused treatment. Our motto is to create awareness that mental health services and nutrition consultation is not available just for those with chronic illness, but to all of us who want to live more fulfill and healthier lives.

Meet the Business Owner

Michell S.

Business Owner

Before starting Moksha Living, Michell sat on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Social Work. She has worked in schools, community mental health and judicial systems. Her last project culminated in the development of successful program modules for youth diversion in the District of Columbia’s Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice systems.

Michell is a dynamic psychotherapist and certified yoga instructor. Her therapeutic approach is to first alleviate syptoms causing distress and then to help clients move towards increasing fulfillment. Michel integrates holistic methodologies from traditional psychological therapies to cutting-​edge mindfulness practices, energy healing and yoga to offer a unique approach tailored to each client. Michell works diligently and compassionately with each client to help build on their strengths and belief systems in order to attain emotional freedom and intimacy with life.
