Be guided into an inner state of listening and voicing what comes into awareness. This allows access to emotional healing and your own wisdom.

Klia Bassing, a Mindfulness Meditation instructor since 2004, has found that self-​judgment is the top emotionally-​based cause of anxiety, fatigue, and suffering.

Klia brings a deep attentive presence and is known for her compassion and gentle use of humor for the joys and sorrows of life. If she senses it would be helpful to normalize a client’s experience, she shares her own personal experiences.

Klia provides both phone sessions with individuals and classes, seminars, and retreats at workplaces throughout the U.S. She is the author of the Twitter channel @visityourself, and a teacher with the Insight Meditation Community of Washington.

Prior to teaching Mindfulness Meditation, Klia worked in international development at The World Bank and in Latin American and the Caribbean.
