We are a boutique creative media company offering the greater DC Metropolitan area our expertise in all phases of video production, graphic design, photography and branding. We work with local businesses and non-​profits, talented musicians and lawyers, and anyone else under the sun who needs a creative solution. Our prices are competitive and we strive to make every project a personal yet professional one. We don’t bite so contact us with any questions.

History

Established in 2013.

Mechanical i Media was started by award-​winning visual artists Chandler Macik & Sarah Mason, both graduates of American University in Washington, DC. They received bachelor degree’s in Communications, with a concentration in Film & Media Arts. Chandler brings the practical know-​how and creative eye to the video production department, while Sarah controls digital communications and branding assets.

Business Owner

Chandler Macik graduated from American University with a BA in Film & Media Arts. He is an award-​winning filmmaker and documentarian who loves to tell stories about the human condition. In his spare time, he can be found traveling the US, reading up on current filmmaking technology or exploring the plethora of micro-​breweries located along the East Coast.

Chandler and Sarah were fantastic to work with. They shot our festival and created two post-​event videos. The videos were really high-​quality and captured the fun energy of our event. Both Chandler and Sarah were very responsive to our deadlines and considerate of specific elements of the event that we wanted to capture.
