Konare PLLC is a Washington DC law firm. As a corporate firm, our primary goal is the satisfaction of our clients. This is accomplished by embracing challenges and taking pride in what we do. As part of our SEC practice, we assist small and medium-​sized businesses to raise capital without the hassle of the SEC registration process. Through our banking practice, we serve as the interface between financial institutions and those seeking financing with the goal and focus to negotiate better terms and conditions for our clients. With respect to our immigration practice, we advise our clients on how to navigate through the complex immigration process in order to achieve their objectives.

History

Established in 2011.

Prior to founding KONARE PLLC, Mr. Konare was an attorney at Cleary Gottlieb LLP where he focused on antitrust and structured finance.

He has received a LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2003 and a J.D. cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law in 2002. From 2002 to 2003, Abdoul served as a Fellow at the Institute of International Economic Law (IIEL) in Washington, DC.

Mr. Konare is a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia and Michigan.
