My work relies on years of experience listening to people and their bodies. I take the time to listen to you and figure out what you need *today*. I combine everything I’ve ever learned to respond to your needs. Every massage is specific to you.

I respect the challenges of living with chronic conditions like fibromyalgia, MS, etc. I appreciate being invited to share in the journey of life as you are experiencing it in your body.

I never forget that, at the end of the day, you go home with your body, I don’t. You get to set the rules because you live with the outcome.

I’m an anatomy geek who finds the human body endlessly fascinating. I love figuring out what’s going on and then working with you to decide what we’re going to do about that.

The more you understand what your body is doing, the more you can work with your body to your mutual satisfaction!
