NOTE HOURS: Hours reflect open studio time for privates rehearsals and other events as well as public classes. Please note, a Studio Manager my not be on duty. JOMDC serves thousands of youth and adult dancers in the DMV with over 300 classes per week at 3 locations. JOMDC produces over 50 concerts and events per year and provides free dance classes and performance opportunities in over 20 community outreach sites. JOMDC provides need based scholarships to 100s of students each semester through the Dance is for Everyone® Youth Scholarship Fund. When you visit the studio, you may be greeted by a studio manager or a JOMDC Workstudy. JOMDC Workstudy’s provide the organization with 20 hours of service every month in return for free dance classes. Find our more at www.joyofmotion.org.

Established in 1976.

Rachel P.
Manager
Rachel Pearl is the Communications and Media Director for Joy of Motion Dance Center. She joined JOMDC in 2009 but saw her first show at the Jack Guidone Theater (at JOMDC FH) back in 1999 with her drama teacher. She’s been in love with JOMDC ever since.
