Josh was born and raised in NYC into a family that was involved in real estate development in the NY metro area since the early 80’s. After attending NYU, Josh started a successful web development and corporate branding company, while maintaining his real estate license. In the late ’90’s he decided to return to his passion; «the art of the deal» and went back into real estate where he has had a very successful career.
An expert in all areas of real estate, from working with buyers, sellers, investors and developers, Josh has over 11 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. After having a successful career in NY, Josh relocated to D.C. He is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the DC market.
