We are fully aware that whenever a customer gives us a document to be processed, he/​she entrusts us with very personal and sensitive information. As a result we work with the highest standards of confidentiality and care, processing those documents directly with the authorities, without any intermediaries.

History

Established in 1993.

IAG is rated with an A+ on the Better Business Bureau’s website. Our Vice President, Mrs. Sanchez, who served as a Consul General in Washington, D.C. for ten years. She is the former president of the Ibero-​American Consular Corp, and is an expert in processing passports, visas, and international consular documents. She is a lawyer and former judge in her country of origin and remains a member of the Inter-​American Bar Association.
