History

Established in 2010.

The concept for Hunger Pangs came when I had the flu. The only thing I wanted was medicine & a bowl of soup from my favorite place. They didn’t deliver & I couldn’t get out of bed had there been a fire! So I got to thinking, what if there was a service that could bring all those things to my front door? That is when I came up with the idea for Hunger Pangs. The company is in honor of my dad who always inspired me & encouraged my dreams. I want a service that is low cost so that everyone can use it. I hope to expand to more cities but my hometown of D. C is where I start because it’s my heart. I hope that everyone will try our services so that if you are ever sick & need a cup of soup that only one place makes to get you back to center, know that you can count on us. Our opening day is January 1^st 2011 & we will let our history unfurl then. But I think that it will be a great one because it will be based on our core values of customer service, integrity & the golden rule.
