I’ve been a patient for Dr. Levin for over 10 years and he is the best! He is little pricey, but certain things you get what you pay for. His office is very cheerful; the staff is very friendly and personable. They know me by name and the atmosphere doesn’t make me dread going to the dentist. I recommended him to a few family members and friends who are all long time patients as well.

I went to the doctor for regular cleaning and preventive checkup. I ended up getting a crown done which still hurts once in a while. Few days later he filled a tooth which started to hurt later and I ended up getting a root canal after spending few nights in pain. I think none of that was required.
Oh, and it did not matter to him that I am over my medical insurance allowance limit.
Please consult your dental needs with other doctor’s before going to Dr. Levin’s office.

I have been going to Dr. Levin for years, starting after the retirement of another dentist out in Virginia. Dentists are not inter-​changeable, and I don’t think I have enough space here to say all of the good things about Dr. Levin that I have to say. He is punctual, which in today’s busy office environments, especially downtown, is a feat by itself. His patient-​manner is wonderful, he is a natural with people. However, let’s get to the dentistry… he is an artist with dentistry. I have had temporary crowns in that I wanted to leave in they were so beautiful. That was before I saw the permanent crowns, I know I showed off my beautiful set of crowns to too many people after they were in. One other comment to make that I think is important is that I do have sensitive teeth so I do need the application of novacaine (sp?) Dr. Levin is able to apply novacaine without any pinch of the needle. I could go on and on, let me just say, Dr. Levin earns all of these «top Dentist» ratings that he gets, he absolutely does.

I have been a patient of Dr. Levin’s since mid-​2009. I have been through so many ordeals and every time he and his staff have been there for me like members of my own family. They are a professional office, and truly care about their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone.
In addition, I have tremendous fear of pain and with all the procedures I have been through and all the times I could have been miserable I can say that I have never known pain in Dr. Levin’s chair. His ability to use his skill and techniques to minimize or altogether eliminate discomfort are totally successful.
Dr. Levin is the best. If you like to be treated by the very best in the industry, look no further.

Doctor Levin is a very good dentist. His nurses are professional and very pleasant.
But the reason why I rated this place at 2 stars is because of his staff employee who takes care of their bills. Every time I had an appointment, it felt like I had to battle with that woman very hard to get her to bill me right. EVERY TIME! She has a horrible attitude and she keeps billing you for services that need to be paid for by the insurance company. I corrected her numerous times.
Dr. Levin is a very good dentist, but I think it is equally as important that his staff is respectful and pleasant to his patients. There are a lot of good dentists around and I’d rather find an equally good dentist with the billing manager who is respectful to their patients.
Besides, they are pretty pricey.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Levin for about 10 years and he is the best dentist I’ve ever had! He was first recommended to me by a friend that has major dental issues and she has always raved about him too. He and his staff are very thorough, responsive and friendly. Last weekend, I had a dental emergency and he called me personally within an hour (on a saturday)! The only downside is that he’s a bit expensive — but well worth it!

The bottom line: As good as a visit to the dentist can be…
The staff and oral hygienists are all very friendly and gentle-​handed. Dr. Levin is straight-​forward and will kindly answer any questions. He gives the not-​dumbed-​down kind of answers I prefer.
Highly recommended.
