I have had great experience here, and have always felt that they staff has been great, and exactly what you would hope a radiology facilities staff would be. This can be a sensitive environment considering that patients are going here for diagnostic imaging on issues or findings of concerns, and screening imaging that could detect cancer such as mammograms, so having great staff is really essential. They are also always on time which is so important in the world we live in. The only thing I will say is that I have had a hard time obtaining results before, as well as obtaining actual images of studies.

I had a fantastic experience at Georgetown Radiology(mammogram and other xrays). The front desk office was polite, helpful and efficient. The appointment ran within 5 minutes of the scheduled time and the technicians and doctors did a wonderful job explaining the results and helping me map out my next steps. Great quality of care.

ahhhh, it’s never a good time when you need to get xrays… i broke my left elbow about 6 years ago in a snowboarding incident which i never had fixed because i didn’t have insurance, but now that i do i wanted to see what the hell was wrong with it(its permanently crooked). i work right down the hall from georgetown xray and our doctor sends patients there ALL the time. the 2 front desk ladies, Annie and Stephanie are absolute sweethearts! they assist with everything and are extremely nice and patient. it gets busy sometimes so if you want to go in(its a walk in basis) its better to call beforehand and see if there is a wait going on. the techs in the back are really nice too! the area is nice and clean and they always have the best up to date magazines to browse through. they take most insurance plans but also like the wait, be sure to call before to see. they also do CT scans! :) happy xray-ing!
