Georgetown Neuropsychology

Dr. Victoria Starbuck is a terrible neuropsychologist. She has a financial arrangement with an attorney whereby if you do not pay your bill she makes you pay 1.5% interest per day and 50% of legal fees. She does not return phone calls. Her billing person is rude, incompetent and does not know the cost of tests. When I asked her she said I need to speak with the attorney and immediately hung up on me. The attorney refused to answer my questions. I ended up paying more than $ 4,000 and the testing proved nothing. She doesn’t even explain the results to you and does not give you the report. She is inaccessible, rude, unethical, and is only in the business to make money. She has lousy service and does not belong in health care. I do not recommend Victoria Starbuck to anyone. No one rates her highly on healthgrades. Do not schedule an appointment with her because she will charge an arm and a leg. And once the testing is over she will never return your phone calls. It took her two months to get the report to my doctor and she said it would take 3 weeks and she said she would call me to let me know when it was completed and she never called me. Do not go to her. She has no concern for her clients.
