To say that this place is terrible would be a wild understatement. Two hours after I ordered I got a phone call from the driver stating she was lost. I stayed on the phone and talked her in, all while she ignored my directions and missed every turn. The warm food and was ice cold and the cold food was luke warm. The Gyro was so-so, considering I also had to microwave it. The salad tastes like a dumpster fire soaked in gasoline. It was a disaster. It was a box of unwashed, dirty, chemical tasting lettuce. Not even good lettuce! It was literally just the hard parts of a romaine heart. Save your money, I’d rather starve.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. Food was terrible and none of the instructions were listened to in the order. Delivery driver demanded I come downstairs when the delivery arrived. Driver was extremely rude and I was hung up on multiple times when speaking to the delivery driver. Driver forgot part of the order and then had to return. Upon return, the driver stared me down like I was the one who did something wrong. Coming from someone who has worked for 6 years in the food industry, I will never be ordering from this place again and do not recommend anyone to give this place any type of business. I’m surprised his place is still in business based on other reviews and personal experience. Do not order from here.

This is the worst pizza place I’ve experienced in 22 years of life. Waited an hour only to be delivered the wrong pizza. Don’t waste your time. This place is a lie. Don’t do it. I’m serious.

Late night spots to order from are essential, and the selection at Felicita Pizzeria, which I found through Seamless and closes at 4:00AM, seemed to fit the bill. The order was supposed to arrive between 2:27AM and 2:37AM. It’s now 3:15AM. I’ve been unable to reach anyone at the restaurant and received no messages of any sort from them. Seamless, on the other hand, has been extremely understanding and willing to refund the order in full. Based on both other reviews and my own experience, I would not encourage anyone to do business with this place without a consumer-focused intermediary to ensure one gets their money back in the event of gross delay or complete failure.

I had never placed an order with Felicitia Pizzaria before my one through Seamless, and when the driver called me an hour later he demanded a $ 60 check to replace one he claimed had bounced. I informed him I had no idea what he was talking about and told him to cancel the order as I didn’t feel comfortable with the transaction at that point. I then called the restaurant and explained what had happened and requested to confirm the cancelation — I was again told about a $ 60 check and then asked if I was Arab. When I said I was not, I was told not to worry and hung up on. It was an unnerving experience that I still do not understand. I will certainly never order from them again.

Felicitia is better than many of the pizza joints in the neighborhood but it’s not a very high bar. I will say their spinach and artichoke dip appetizer was fantastic. BTW — I had no problem with the service.

Horrible service! !! Cashier is also the cook and she has absolutely no idea what’s on the menu!!! Did I mention that I had to wait an additional 20 minutes on my food!!! Never again! !!

Open late; low delivery fee, but 20% tip added. I was a waiter for 10 years, so I probably tip more than most people. But tipping a delivery guy as much as I would in a decent restaurant is wrong. So on a $ 50 order, the combined fees were $ 10 additional. Makes it worthwhile to put your shoes on and just go out. Food arrived warm within 45 minutes but the lasgna container was crushed and had gooshed all over the bottom of the bag. ~ The lasagna’s sauce was okay but neither the expected ricotta cheese nor seasoned ground beef were evident in the mess; hopeably this means only that they sent me the vegan version by mistake. ~ The $ 10 Beef Burger was a large, thick patty of that lackluster meat McDonald’s uses, on a fresh bun, so the cheese sauce, BBQ, jalepenos, and sautéed onions really helped. ~The mini taco’s filling had a pinch of cumin that put it above the Bell. ~The same filling was used on the nachos instead of chili. No cheese, nothing else. ~ A gyro, usually a no-brainer, was dried out lamb on fresh pita with too little of the usual dressings. ~ Philly cheesesteak on a 12-inch hotdog bun was light on steak, heavy on goo, and nevertheless tasty. ~ Shrimp in a basket comprised deeply fried fries and small bits of breading, which tasted like fried mushrooms, an item not on the menu. I broke open a few but couldn’t tell what was in them, so I tossed this little container of sad. ~ Unbaked cheesecake was lighter but just as creamy as the usual restaurant offering; the tres leches cake was dry, which is odd since this dessert takes its name from being made with 3 kinds of milk. Full Disclosure: the latter was generously offered free, to try. ~ A breakfast melt came with cheese stuff and ham-like pieces atop a chunk of real omlette, but absent the sausage patty ordered. NB: Tater tots may be substituted for fries anywhere above, but be aware that steam from the potato softens the crunch during transit. I may order from here again if only because they offer breakfast and so many munchies. You, on the other hand, may need first to assay the District’s new weed liberality while waiting for delivery.

Bad service. Cancelled on my simple pizza delivery order after they had processed my credit card details and charged me. Called about 7 times to make sure they refunded me, but it took about 9 calls until someone picked up.

Browsing thru ghub and shameless, I found this place that delivers to my office in Northeast. There are slim pickings for places that deliver this way. The office was excited about the menu and something new. I ordered the chicken and hummus on pita and W. and l ordered a Chicken salad wrap. It clearly states«All pita wraps comes with Mediterranean potatoes and side of vegetable.» Neither of us got the sides nor potatoes. M. ordered Chicken tika masala. What in the H!!! wasn’t close. it was a thigh and leg grilled with no sauce and waaay undercooked(see picture). MC ordered a greek salad. She got a tossed salad with croutons. G. ordered eggplant with side order of chick peas. Chickpeas all down the side of the plastic bag. I think so almost got two peas. N. Ordered the chicken shish kabob. She said it was good. Now don’t get me wrong the chicken hummus and veggies was good, but not all my food arrived. Then again, I called at 12 and they told me 45 minutes and the food arrived at 1:30, so it could have been hunger. When I called back to tell them about the order, I was told, «no thats how tika masala is cooked» well now. again, check the picture. He said he would give me something off on my next order. NEXT order. H!!! naw!
