This is the liaison office for EUCLID (Euclid University), an intergovernmental university serving diplomats and diplomatic missions in Washington DC and New York. EUCLID offers graduate distance-learning programs to government officials and select students from the general public.
History
Established in 2008.
The liaison office has existed since 2005 as executive office for IOSD, even before EUCLID was formally constituted by treaty.
