Horrible service! I first used their service for leaf removal because of a Living Social deal. They showed up several days after they said they would be there but they got the job done. So when I got an email that they were offering biweekly lawn mowing services (which included other treatments to help the lawn as well), I decided to take them up on the offer. They again always came days after when they were expected and worse, they did not mow the entire lawn. When I emailed to inform them of this, they apologized and said it would be rectified. My yard is about a third of an acre, well within their stated parameters, and they already came out for leaf removal and successfully figured out to do the whole lawn. But the next time they came, they AGAIN skipped an entire half of the yard. I called and they said they would properly mow the whole yard next time. They did not show up for three weeks due to rain. When they did, guess what??? Still only mowed half the yard, and I must add that it was the half that’s moreso dirt than grass because of large trees in the yard. I again left messages about this and sent pictures that showed the clear line where they stopped for no apparent reason. I got no response. So I cancelled the service. The customer service specialist Reese responded to that request with «I think thats a good idea.» Are you kidding me? Horrible service!!! Never showed up on time. No explanation for the half-@ss work.

well. sorry to say folks. it is NOT. wish it was because as you can see from my profile, i NEVER write reviews on Unilocal.It has never been as bad as this so I feel I must warn all others about their «service».
First off, WHAT SERVICE? How do you even rate a service if there was NO service to begin with? All I got were lies after lies about «yes, we’re coming out» or «oh, I’m sorry we are going to come out tomorrow.» WOW, I was so stupid for believing them and being nice to them over and over again.
NOT TO MENTION, it was so bad that I had to even talk to the owner of the company, Bart.
Bart, if you’re reading this, which I WISH TO GOD YOU ARE, realize what you are doing to people. Realize that it is time for you to get off your high horse and either SERVE your customers what they PAID for or just don’t have a business at all. YOU make the rest of the small businesses suffer and look bad. I love to always help out small businesses out there and to help them grow to become successful. But YOU are a sorry excuse for a man that can’t even say the truth to a customer.
On top of this, I bought a deal for their lawn services. I bought the deal from
. NEVER buy anything from them ever again because their customer service basically said «We can’t help you. You have to work with the merchant and the merchant ONLY.» I’m like wait… so you guys can’t help me out with ANYTHING? Nothing at all? No, they can’t. Even if the merchant is all talk and is just lying out of their butts, nothing can and WILL be done.
All in all, DO NOT WORK WITH THESE LYING PEOPLE because even the address they posted on their website is INVALID. That’s right. Their own customer service told me the truth and said he works out of his home and the «customer service» he provides is from a cell phone. They don’t have an office space. 2206 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington DC 20 006. Yeah, THAT is not their address.
Oh and yeah, this phone number 202−375−1166 that is ALSO posted on their website, yeah that’s not a direct #. That phone number is directed to that customer service guy Andy that works out of his house part time. YUP.
I surely have been played like a fool. That’s what I get for trusting this world to think that MAYBE there may be good people out there with small businesses.

I called to ask about the Living Social deal and they said not to buy it and they would honor the price. We made an appt for November. Nobody showed up.
I called and the didn’t seem to have any idea who I was. We tried to reschedule and it took 5 weeks to do so.
They showed up on a different day anyway and didn’t have the ladder I told them they would need.
They came back and when I tried to pay them after the job was done, they told me to pay when I get the bill.
Got the bill in my email before the guy left as it turns out.
Had a family emergency and went out of town for a few days.
Got an email from them every day.
Within a week they threatened to go to collections.
I paid them a week after the visit and they were so obnoxious. We are really busy, I often pay my bills in the middle of the week and pay them all at once. Never been late and have perfect credit.
If they spent some time worrying about missed appointments and not collecting money ASAP, they’d have happier customers.
Oh and my deck was destroyed. We had to powerwash it the next day in 32 degree temps because the wet leaves were on every window and all over the newly painted deck
MESS OF a JOB and terrible service. Plan on a few hours of cleanup after they leave.

I also purchased the deal they advertise on multiple web sites ($ 99 for leaf removal for up to ½ acre). Missed the first appointment, no call. Missed the second appointment, no call. 8 hours late for the third appointment and just before dark, one man shows up. He quickly blew the leaves out of the lower gutters all over the yard. (They had promised they would bag and take to the curb). He then said he could not complete the job because he needed someone to hold the ladder to reach the higher gutters and promised to return the next day. They never showed up and never called again. The «deal» site quickly refunded my $ 99 so at least I was out only my lost time. All in all a really unpleasant experience. And they are now sending out an unsolicited email offering full yard services for a fixed monthly fee. I don’t think I’ll take them up on the offer.

Purchased the deal they advertise on multiple web sites ($ 99 for leaf removal for up to ½ acre). My property sits on ¹⁄₃ acre, which is considerably less. A crew showed up a couple days after they said they would be there. This crew consisted of a few people with rakes and kitchen sized garbage bags. They started raking and bagging the front yard and then walked off the job leaving piles of leaves on the front yard. Got a call from the owner stating that I had too many leaves and that they couldn’t do the job for the price advertised and basically made it sound like I was taking advantage of them for accepting the offer they were advertising. The front yard had been cleared up three times already this year so really all the work was in the back. I asked for a refund and the owner e-​mailed back offering to complete the job for more money. Why I agreed to that I don’t know, but I did. Anyway, they never showed up and didn’t respond to a messge asking if they were coming back out. In the end, I ended up hiring another company. In my opinion, this is just a really unprofessional outfit that can’t handle the work they go around advertising. Buyer be ware.
