I wish we can have more immigration officers back at Jamhuri yetu such as those in Embassy, Washington DC. these Kenyan immigration officers the have a heart of gold, my 16yrs old daughter visited there in January 2022 for a biometric appointment which she had a few hickups because her passport application had some deficiencies. these officers worked tirelessly and to include phone calls they made to gather the required info and squared away the application. this is a place to go with confidence. I give them 4* just because the don't have more available photo copy machine. the're are four level of qualification that I believe in, Unqualified, Qualified, Highly qualified and Most qualified. I RATE these officers *Most qualified* good job L&G.
