Renting a place in Kalorama in a 100+ year old building can be tricky. But EASE did everything possible to make my move as hassle free as possible. From fixing a broken pipe in the middle of a snowstorm to answering any questions I may have. Staff and contractors are friendly and easy going. Would recommend as a renter.

Matt Rogers and his team at Ease made living as a tenant in D.C. an absolute pleasure. The condo we rented was in an older building, but whenever something went wrong (which wasn’t too often), a repair man was on site within the day. When we had to get out of the lease a few months early, Matt worked with the Tenant to make that happen.

I hired Ease Property Services two years ago to manage my Dupont condo because I was moving out of state. Handed over the keys, and they’ve taken care of everything since, including getting it painted, cleaned, and rented within two weeks. I chose EASE Property Services to help me rent out my row home in Eckington on two occasions and both times they were responsive, professional and effective. Not only did they limit the days between occupying tenants to 2 – 3 days each time, but they also coordinated the turnover for me and referred a great contractor for a larger renovation project.

As someone that owns rental properties myself, I deal with property managers regularly and have a firsthand knowledge of what qualities exemplify great service. I lived in a building that EASE Property Services managed when I first moved to DC a couple of years ago. The building itself was dated and had some minor issues, but was reasonable in cost and convenient in location. EASE was very responsive when issues arose and would often repair things the same day. The property managers I dealt with, Tyler and Matt, are good people and really seem to care about my concerns and questions. Given the age of the building, I know it had to be a headache for them at times to deal with, but you’d never know it from their attentiveness and attitude. Of my many rental experiences over the years, this company easily rates above the others for service, professionalism, and responsiveness. I highly recommend.

My parents live in Pittsburgh, PA and hired Matt five years ago to manage three of their investment properties in Washington DC. The difference between the previous company they used and EASE is night and day.
Dealing with a smaller company like EASE has been great. They are extremely professional, hands-​on, and highly experienced in the business. They respond quickly, send statements and rent the exact same time each month, and the vacancy time between tenants went from months with the previous company, to days with EASE.
