A male relative saw Dr. Hendricks for one visit. The Dr. preformed a simple catheterization that was VERY painful. Because of so much discomfort, the person then could hardly walk when he left the office. He went to a different Urologist and had to have the same procedure done — that time it was appropriately painless.

Dr. Hendricks embodies what medical caregivers should aspire to. Beyond being a superb urologist, he is attentive, cheerful, accessible — a caring human being. Unlike many doctors he is remarkably ego-​free. This was my second procedure with him; should I ever require another, he’ll be my first choice!

The whole experience was great. When calling to make the appointment, the person was very nice and helpful, not what usually happens with most doctors… Dr. Hendricks is great, a nice person who asks about you and goes right to the point.

Once again, another great doctor. Dr. Hendricks is a urologist and an old school type doc. Will take time and listen, but is also clear cut and decisive. His front office staff were not very respectful to him, but at lease they were efficient. My wife and I both immediately liked him and will see him again. His front office staff though needs to show him respect.
