DCBF is the largest private funder of civil legal services for the poor in the District. With support from law firms, corporations, individuals, foundations, the District of Columbia, and with revenue from DC’s IOLTA (Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts) Program, DCBF helps support and strengthen the city’s legal services network.
