DONOTHAVEYOURRUGSCLEANEDHERE. They initially were very nice, but after having paid $ 1500 to have 4 rugs cleaned and deodorized, two of them still smelled of pet urine. When I called to complain, David offered to redo them and scheduled a pick up date. That morning I called to see when they were coming and I was told he changed his mind and would not redo them and that I should rub potpourri and baking soda on them to get out the smell. For $ 1500 I am being told to rub baking soda on my rugs to get the smell out??? What kind of shady business is this? I will go back to using Christopher’s.

My girlfriend received an Oriental rug from her family that was passed down from her Grandmother so she e-mailed Mr. Zahirpour asking if he did house call appraisals. He e-mailed her back letting her know it was some cheap India rug from the 60s, when he could have easily charged us to spend 5min making a house call.

Need to have your oriental carpet cleaned? My experience was not good. Cordial and willing to pick up rug to be cleaned. However after being cleaned there was prominent fading in some areas. When I called to talk about the problem the owner said that did not happen -?-. He said he was very busy and might have time to come by but that the cleaning did not cause the problem. At the least this is terrible customer service.
