We recently moved overseas and entrusted Cusick Group Realtors to handle the preparation and selling of our home. Brian and John handled everything from staging our home, to handling last minute issues, to fixing unanticipated problems. They did an amazing job! This was my first time buying a house and I had no clue what I was doing, but Brian was amazing. He responded my e-​mails and texts right away (usually within an hour), I never wondered where I was in the process, he always let me know what to expect.
He told me at closing to contact him should I need anything. Based on what my friends have said about their realtors, I expected that was just a line, but it wasn’t. I reached out to him about my home and he responded just as quickly after closing as he did before I bought my house.
I would and already have recommended him to my friends in the area. He was a delight to work with and made what could have been a stressful time, almost completely stress-​free.

Heather was fantastic! We had a tight timeline after finding out our landlord was going to sell our current apartment. She was very informative about different areas in the District and was very honest with what was available within our budget. We decided to look around DC to see what was out there. We saw our current house and fell in love. She was readily available to us so that our offer was given in a timely manner and ultimately accepted by the seller. We were able to send our offer and close in 21 days. She recommended great loan officers that were also readily available if we had any questions or concerns.
