Meet the Business Owner
Eric R.
Business Owner
Originally from Austin, Texas, Eric attended the University of Virginia, but his passion for cooking drove him to study culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu. After his chef’s training, Eric was a cook in and around Austin for a few years until his love for wine took over.
He later moved to DC to work as a wine consultant for Chain Bridge Cellars in McLean, Virginia and while there, Eric’s drive to provide stellar customer service, and his obsession with independent producers of wine and beer, was born. He brings his invaluable experience and single-minded dedication to customer service to Washington, DC with his retail beverage concept, Cordial Fine Wine & Spirits.
