Connecticut Gardens

I rarely write reviews on Unilocal.I feel this company deserves a special shout out. I moved to the DC area a few weeks ago, and was fortunate to move into Connecticut Gardens. This apartment complex is extremely well managed. From the property review, to the preparation of the lease, negotiations and move in, everything has been impeccable. The building staff have kept the place spotless. They responded well to this massive DC snow storm, keeping the sidewalk as clear as possible. They address maintenance claims faster than any building I have lived in. The staff are all universally helpful, understanding and responsive. The building itself is an older Art Deco building, and there has been real care put into maintaining the floors, painting, moulding, and the appliances. There is onsite parking, a well kept and clean gym and laundry facility. This is an affordable, well-​run building in a one of the nicest parts of the city. Highy recommend.
