Complete Cleaning Solutions

Angie and her crew do a great job for a reasonable price. I have used Complete Cleaning multiple times to clean a rowhouse that is shared with three other individuals. We use Complete Cleaning to take care of our common areas (kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room, finished basement) and they are prompt, efficient, and thorough. After having a great experience with them our first time, we have booked them monthly and will continue to do so. Definitely recommended.
Tip: Best way to get in contact with Complete Cleaning is through email, I have had no problems receiving immediate and relevant responses via email.

Had a Tippr coupon for a cleaning and because I know companies often get overwhelmed, I scheduled my appointment for a month out, the day before my family came into town for my sons HS Graduation.
As the day approached when they were supposed to come and clean, I had not heard from them, so I called them to try and confirm. I could not reach anyone by phone, and when I tried to email, the response was ‘send us your address, we lost our appt book’, which I did, but never got a response.
Late in the day, after several more attempts to try and confirm my appointment, I realized it was hopeless and they were not going to even bother to call me back, let alone show up the next day. I left one final message telling them I was going to request a refund. About an hour later (at 8pm), a woman called me back and didn’t even bother to Appologize or try to re-​schedule or ANYTHING! All she said was «I’ll let them know you’re requesting a refund». WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Fortunately I was able to find another housecleaner (at 3x the cost!) so I still had a clean house, but I was Sincerely DISSAPOINTED at the lack of service from Complete Cleaning Solutions and pissed that I then had to shell out 3x the amount of $$ because of them!

We have had them come and do a deep clean once before and they did a great job. We are going to use them again this week and look forward to using them frequently in the future!

My roommate and I had a horrible experience and absolutely do not recommend them. We scheduled a cleaning with a KGB/​groupon type thing and informed them that it was a move out clean. On the day it was scheduled, 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, we called to find out what was wrong. At first we were told that the cleaners were probably running late and were asked if it was a move out, and the person we spoke with said she would call us back. Ten minutes later she called to inform us that they did not do move out cleans. While the person on the phone was polite, it was unacceptable to inform us of this policy close to an hour after they were supposed to arrive. The no move out clean policy did not appear on their KGB/​groupon and we were not informed when we made the first two phone calls. KGB is refunding us the money, but this didn’t solve our lack of cleaners. Very disappointing, very unprofessional. DO NOT recommend.

They failed to show up. They. Didn’t. Show. Up. We made an appointment for a certain time on a certain date, and they never showed, never called. I left several messages saying «wtf», and heard nothing back.
Fail.

Update: Company just disappeared off the face of the planet. No returning calls/​emails/​etc, and the work was sub par after inspection. Oh and they’re late… pretty much always.

Today was my first day using Complete Cleaning Solutions and I’m already planning on setting up a permanent contract with them. Due to my schedule my house can’t remain as clean as it probably should so this company really helps keep me organized. Friendly staff who cleans your apartment extremely fast. I highly recommend!
