These people are THE WORST!!! They are awful especially the guy named John Deburr biggest waste of time. I just moved becuase of him. He is running the Woodley building on Columbia Road. ARROGANT man. He bought a dud AC system and keeps making excuses on excuses why the system breaks down. He raises the condo fees but services are never improved. Always says the AC issue is the owner’s unit that is A LIE!!! The system he bought is no good and he cannot fix it and they are stuck with it until the owners unite and get RID of this waste of time. I moved because over thsi memorial weekend 2012 there was no AC for 5 days and he would not attempt to listen and fix the issue until threats were made. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! There are better, kinder and more repsonsible companies in DC!!!
