Couple months ago, my college checking account was changed to a regular checking account (25 $ service charges) even after getting assured by someone in this branch that it would not happen. The manager, Kimberly, was less than helpful and lied about getting things taken care of for me, and giving me a call the business day after. Needless to say, she did not take care of this mistake her branch made and never called me back. Worthless customer service and I will never do business with them again. Funny thing is they send me credit card offers every damn week.
