The store is situated in the new development, The Shay, near the Howard-​Shaw Metro Station. I am an avid cyclist, both road and commuting cycling. It’s great that Chrome has decided to establish a Chrome hub here as they have in other bike-​friendly cities like San Francisco, Portland, and such. I went here on numerous occasions, but I waited until the Black Friday sale and bought a pair of new shoes and wool socks for 25% off. The time I went it was still off-​peak and I was able to have a pleasant shopping experience. I am kinda bummed that they don’t have any DC-​specific apparel, or bike caps, or messenger bags at the moment. I hope that changes. Anyhow, it’s in the good location and for us cyclists, we need to grab a cup of coffee, there’s Compass Coffee right around the corner!
