History

Established in 2012.

After Graduating from the Culinary Institute of America Chris spent years in the Washington DC restaurant scene. Working in all capacities from Chef to Front of the House Manager in some of DC’s best restaurants, Chris learned the finer points of customer service. Feeling unfulfilled in the restaurant industry, and with the support of his wife, he took the plunge into real estate. Through hard work, continued education and dedication to customer service, Chris has built a loyal clientel base. Deciding to focus his energy on the NW and SW neighborhoods of DC, he is on top of all activity important neighborhood news and develpment. Chris lives in SW DC and Works for Coldwell Banker in Dupont.
