Prior to her move to Frankly she was with Long and Foster Real Estate, Inc in Bethesda, MD for 9 years. Highlighted in REALTOR Magazine’s June 2010 Issue as 30 UNDER 30 — she was recognized out of 50,000 plus Realtors across the country. Cara has assisted hundreds of Buyers and Sellers over the last decade.

Cara and her team at COMPASS are absolute pros! I had no idea what to expect when I was ready to put my house on the market in Rockville. All I knew is that I needed a quick sale and that my house was in some need of some «refreshing.» Cara quickly jumped in and knew all the right things to do. She had contractors and stagers on speed-​dial and was there and available 24⁄7 to answer my often juvenile questions. Once the house went on the market I received multiple offers and had a contract in just 3 days! Cara was able to negotiate just the right offer and we closed in record time. Buying or selling, I would highly recommend Cara and her team. She is the best at what she does and truly cares about her clients.

From start to finish Cara was solid. She patiently worked with us for over a year and adapted well to our ever changing timeline which went, literally overnight, from needing a house in a year, to needing one in 3 months (we are a military family). We knew the type of house that we wanted and she worked tirelessly to find it in our very narrow search criteria in terms of location.
When a house meeting our needs finally did hit the market, Cara got us in the house first and subsequently was able to get our offer in first as well. During the bidding process, Cara added aspects to our offer that ultimately enabled us to beat the other 4 offers, one of which was a close personal friend of the owner.
All in all working with Cara was a great experience and it is one that we will certainly repeat if the need for another house ever arises.

Cara always found time to email or call us when we needed and made time to see houses at any time in the week. She was patient throughout the whole process and happily showed us more than 30 homes. When we were out of town for a week, she even went, by herself, to several houses we wanted to see and recorded a video walkthroughs for us.
Once we found a home, Cara skillfully guided us through the bidding and offer process where we competed against 4 others. She suggested inventive methods to make our offer more attractive to the seller. This allowed us to win a bidding war without us having the highest priced offer.
Cara definitely went the extra mile for us and we highly recommend her.
