Locally owned and operated on the Hill since 1999. Previously across the street from our current location, formally known as Motophoto Capitol Hill. We offer a wide variety of framing and photo printing services. We take passport photos while you wait, no appointment necessary, specializing in US, Canadian, and International Passport and Visa photos. We have the largest selection of greeting cards and gift wrap on the Hill. Capitol Hill Frame & Photo is a one stop shop with a great, hands on team ready to help you every step of the way.

I had a rush job of 130 photos that I needed printed on a Sunday morning and Capitol Hill Frame & Photo filled it and the quality was great! I did the order through the website early in the morning and within about 30 minutes of opening, I had an email response back and confirmation that my photos would be printed within the hour.
Also of note, I needed the photos printed matte with borders and this is harder and harder to find. Capitol Hill Frame & Photo had a number of printing options and the quality and paper was great. I would highly recommend their store!

My amazing girlfriend (significant promotion from ‘nice’ to ‘amazing’) surprised me on our anniversary by framing the American flag that I carried in my leg pocket while on deployments throughout the Middle East and Asia. The pride I feel when I walk into our home is insurmountable. THIS Flag accompanied me into combat and witnessed, first hand, those who served and sacrificed all. Thank you Capitol Hill Frame and Photo for taking care of the most important possession in my life.

You saved my Christmas!!! This locally owned small business is managed by an awesome team of employees who are extraordinarily helpful and friendly. I was having a difficult time downloading photos for Christmas gifts and they stepped in and helped me not only download but also edit and crop them to fit the frames. They must have spent 30 minutes helping me (during a very busy time) and once the photos were printed I realized they only cost a few dollars. So the employees went way above and beyond. The store also has beautiful frames I purchased a few and had all Christmas gifts done. Thank you!!!

This is a great store with terrific service. Very knowledgeable and helpful and super-​fast turn-​around for prints etc. They also do posters, canvas prints, etc and have a great selection of greetings cards, gift wrap, frames & gifts. Well worth a visit!
