We were in town checking out the city culture and found a whole lot of food trucks. Decided on this one based on the menu, hip music and nice friendly people taking orders. I ordered the gyro plate, it came with a nice amount of gyro meat that was lamb/beef with salad, cucumbers, delicious soft rice and tsaiki sauce. Everything was delicious and a great value for lunch in the city. Def go to this place

Overpriced, mediocre food served incredibly slowly. Skip this truck.

We were walking for a while and started to get hungry. I noticed food trucks when we first walked past the National Mall area in front of the Washington Monument. Crossing our fingers we hoped it was still there at 2pm. They were! There was basically Mexican or Mediterranean. We went with the truck that was ok priced and we didn’t have to wait which was Bite to Go. For $ 7.99, we got a gyro sandwich. The tahini was plopped on top and wished it was more spread on the bread. The pita was sad and wished it was toasted. The veggies were basically shredded lettuce. The gyro meat was not plentiful. For the price I was hoping better but I guess this isn’t a San Francisco food truck in the Presidio. The food truck server was at least upbeat and hey also took credit card. It basically fit the bill of filling our tummies but was it mind blowing? No. Perhaps the other trucks with lines were better.

There are only one food truck in Washington, D.C. Serving a delicious kabob and falafel all the spices organic and natural taste that you can’t resist.

Paid $ 8 for the worst falafel sandwich of my life. Greasy, gross falafel. Too much tahini. All lettuce in the middle. Everything was wrong about it.
