Barbara is a wonderful, trustworthy, compassionate therapist with tons of experience. Her style is very dynamic and she is not one to just sit back and nod for the whole session. She listens very well and knows when to push. She’s given me a lot of valuable insights and helped improve my quality of life. If you are ready to do the work and really want to get something out of therapy, I highly recommend her!
