This is a review for the BoA on 14th street, which is not listed on Unilocal.I have never had a poor experience at this bank, which I suspect to be that I have only dealt with Claudia each time– she is highly knowledgable and incredibly helpful, would recommend her to anyone for their banking or notary needs!

The clerks seem to not be trained properly and the manager seems to be no better. I’m not a Bank of America Customer and it seemed that more of their clients were more upset having to deal with the lack of service…

Saturdays here are like being at the DMV or applying for a foreign visa. You have to arrive early and wait in a long line and if they don’t get to you, you’re outta luck. No way to make appointments, and it’s a madhouse. Seriously nowadays who can go to a physical bank only during banking hours?

This is one of the busiest banks I’ve been to. I waited for 20 or so minutes mid-​day on a Friday. Maybe because it was payday? In any case, if the crowd is any indication BOA needs to cough up some money and expand/​renovate this place.
The staff was nice, even if they did split my giant student loan check wrong. Have to admit that I had a mini heart attack when I received notice that half the $ wasn’t in the account it needed to go in. But ultimately all went well.
