I ordered food through eat24 and it never came. I then called the store to ask what happened since it had been over 2 hours and was hung up on. They are very rude at that location and would not provide service.

Since ordering out delivery is so slim in my neck of the woods I stepped out on faith. Fast delivery for a Friday evening. Worth every penny!

I was very disappointed with the ordering and delivery experience. I went to the website, ordered cheesesteaks, and wrote in the comments to make them plain — just steak and cheese, nothing else. They obviously didn’t get the message because the cheesesteaks came with everything. Yuck! Tough to separate out tiny onions, mayo, and tomatoes. On top of that, the amount of steak and cheese on the sandwich was very thin. It also took an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. The fries weren’t great. Also, everything was cold by the time it arrived. Guess I will keep looking for another delivery place.

I got everything I asked for its not that impressive. Its not that it’s bad it’s just somewhat plain. The food is edible though.

Ordered food, paid for food, but they didn’t deliver my food. And they never called to tell me. Worst service— EVER!

Okay. I will give 1 star because my steak and cheese sub was very delicious. But everything else is downhill from there.
We ordered it to our office building. They said 45min-​1hour. After 1 hour we call to check the status; they said she’ll be there any minute now. Then we call 45 minutes later and ask where the delivery person is. The restaurant receptionist connects us to the deliver lady. she informs that she’s here. So we go downstairs and don’t see her. Then someone from a white car waves us up front. We go out and ask why didn’t she come in to ask the receptionist call us? She goes «food delivery people don’t come in?» That’s my first time hearing it. And she just comfortably sat in her car while we picked up the food.
Our food was cold and sodas were warm. But I am still surprised by the delivery lady’s behavior. I cannot believe she just sat in her car!!!

The pickings are slim over here so when they came with diff ops I was stoked. But the food was just ok, over priced, service was slow. Best thing is the salad and bread.

2 stars because they’re close to base, and I guess no one else wants to be. That is, sadly, where the positives end. I ordered the trio with fried zucchini, mozzarella sticks and shrimp basket, and a roast beef sub. The appetizers weren’t terrible since I read other reviews prior to ordering. The zucchini was up to par, but the shrimp were one small notch above salad shrimp and the mozzarella sticks tasted a bit saturated with oil. Again, not terrible, but still not fantastic. Now for the sub. Oh Jesus H. Christ, the sub. I didn’t know roast beef could have such chew, saltiness, or variance of flavor (if you could call it flavor…). Azitouna’s version of roast beef is something I’ve never tried and certainly hope to never try again. I’m actually in awe of how bad it was. Got through half of the sub for the sake of protein and second chances. Could not, would not attempt the other half. I feel bad because the staff seemed nice behind all the bullet proof glass, but I gotta put this out there.

I have a problem with paying $ 40 to have mediocre pizza delivered to my door and being asked to meet the driver outside, where the driver can hand me the pizza safely (or lazily, you pick which) from his car. I also have a problem with the fact that when I complained about this, the driver happily told me that it was the «policy» because the general area that I lived in (and in which the business resides) wasn’t safe.
I find it offensive that this business had no problem putting one of its fliers in my door but can’t get out to deliver my dang pizza. I also find it offensive to that it has a policy against delivering to customers who have paid in advance for a service, especially when the business itself is in the same zip code.

Although there aren’t many other decent deliver options in this area, there are two other spots that deliver to my address that I order from regularly – Mama’s Pizza and Thai Orchid.
Thai Orchid always walks up to the door and courteously rings the bell.
Mama’s pizza is better AND cheaper, although its drivers occasionally call and attempt to get me to come to the curb, they don’t have a policy – and the owner has even delivered pizzas to my house a couple times, daring to come to the door. [insert sarcasm here]
I won’t be ordering pizza from Azitouna again. The place does appear to have a leg up on gyros and other items that aren’t available for delivery from other establishments in this area, but I haven’t tried them and don’t know whether they’re good enough to justify using it again despite its offensive delivery policy.

I just discovered this slice of heaven Tuesday, who knew it’s been in my area for a year & I’ve pasted it by (excited that mlk ave is finally getting business that serve decent food that’s fresh & tasty besides Popeyes and the questionable carryouts) I live for the chicken souvlaki dinner and chocolate cake. Give this little diamond in the rough a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Pretty good food! Quick delivery! Most important, friendly service. They now have online ordering too.

I will not be ordering from this place again. I thought I had a new neighborhood carryout option. The driver calls and tells me he is outside. I tell him I am at the door. After a few minutes, I wonder why he has not delivered what I ordered. I throw on clothes suitable for the cold weather and go outside. I ask why he did not come to the front door of my house. He said the neighborhood was unfamiliar and went on to tell me a story about how he got robbed for $ 3…I have lived in Hillcrest for over 6 years now and never experienced a driver that would not come to the door. I just think it was rude to make a judgement call that would have your customers have to go outside and get their own food. Take off $ 1 for the delivery fee… i know some may not agree but this makes no sense to me. U open a business in SE, understand not every area is the hood… as far as the food. My salad dressing was not what I ordered and the fried shrimp was not memorable. Really wish I could at the least take back my tip which I included in my online order…

I ordered once from this place and was opted into their text message advertising. You’ve lost my business because of this and I caution anyone who provides their cell number to this place!

refreshing choice in the neighborhood. fresh bread for the sandwiches, not greasy at all, and the service is good. it’s our go-​to take out.
