Never order delivery from this place, especially on Seamless. My company provided specific instructions to the restaurants on where to park for our building so they would not get fined. The delivery driver refused to park in the approved place and hung up the phone. The restaurant called as well, but also refused to acknowledge that we had told this man multiple times where to go. When I went down, the guy was parked RIGHTNEXTTOTHEALLEY and said he couldn’t go in because of pedestrians on the sidewalk. That is absolutely ridiculous. When I told him that it wouldn’t matter, because we’d never be ordering from there again, he said, «Good that’s better for us too.» Nice customer service, Annie Chen’s! I hope Seamless fines you and kicks you off their service. I should add that before this whole saga even started, he was 30 minutes late.

If ordering on Seamless /by phone… Want everyone to be aware that they do not provide true delivery service. They refused to deliver my food or give a refund when they could not find parking near my location. They lied about the time of this«attempted delivery» and its circumstance to Seamless. Thankfully Seamless was able to refund me, though I wish I weren’t lunchless /helpless /berated by both the delivery driver and management for not running around the block trying to find their circling car. Please save your money and do not give it to these abysmal people.

Just got delivery from here, it was the grossest food I’ve ever had sent to my house. My pad Thai was neon pink, it literally looked like it was plugged into an outlet. My wife’s cold sesame noodles tasted like noodles in a bowl of peanut butter and pineapple jelly. Never again.

I ordered from Annie’s through seamless. They promised a 35 – 45 minute delivery. It’s been more than an hour, and I still haven’t seen my food. When I called Annie chen’s, the man who I spoke to said they were very busy and he didn’t know where his delivery guy was.

We walked in at 10 knowing they close in half hour so we were ready to order take out. First thing they said to us was«take out?» — rude. Also, they gave the two of us only 1 pair of chopsticks and no napkins. The food was nothing special. Crunchy rolls were not that crunchy. Vegetable rolls were small and greasy. Lemon grass kabob was just weird. Not going back!

Honestly, I was going to Sushi Capitol across the street for sushi with its five Unilocalean stars, but alas, it was closed(until August 12th). So I happened back down the street to Annie Chen’s. A little ambivalent, because there were only two reviews, although it was a 4.5 stars. I ordered the salmon roll, spicy crunchy scallop roll, and the obligatory California roll. I actually ordered them for my husband, but«tasted» each of them. Each were fresh and delicious. Ima gonna go back and try some new stuff.

They continue to quickly deliver delicious meals. I have never had a bad time with them. Very friendly. They provided perfect options for my half vegetarian family and half fried rice, greasy combo loving self. Online ordering works well and its a breeze

I’m actually shocked that there isn’t already a Unilocal page for Annie Chen’s. I discovered them last night, via online ordering tool, and was blown away at the quality and quantity of the menu. The delivery time was within the 30 – 45 minutes, and this place has become my go-to for Chinese, Japanese, and Thai delivery. Where to begin? As far as I can tell, they don’t use MSG(I get nauseous and severe headaches when i eat MSG), and the menu has A HUGEVEGETARIANOPTION. I’m not even a veggie, but decided to get the pineapple mock beef entrée, and ITWASTOTALLYAWESOME. They have fake chicken, too. We ordered crab rangoon, seaweed salad, miso soup, the aforementioned pineapple mock beef, and pineapple fried rice with chicken. Each dish was delicious, and there was more than enough for a solid lunch today. I can’t wait to try the sushi.
