Avoid this doctor. I asked them repeatedly for 5 weeks to send notes of my examination to my personal physician, and his official failed to do it. They billed me repeatedly for services which I already paid for(luckily I kept records). Finally, I had to ask for a receipt for the copay(they didn’t offer it), and they provided me with one of those receipts from a booklet that you’d get at any conventional printing shop for use at your rummage sale; then they wrote, in ink pen, only the copay fee(no address, no telephone number, no name of doctor, nothing), after which I had to ask for them to write it down, so they ink-stamped it. This physician is at the Washington Hospital Center, which makes it even more remarkable; such financial practices seem borderline shady-to-fraudulent. Beware.
