Aerobic Dancing by Jacki Sorensen is a progressive, multi-level fitness course choreographed for the non-dancer so all students feel like they are performing while firming their body and strengthening their cardiovascular system. Each one-hour class is a total body workout that offers stretching, body toning, conditioning and strength building, cardio dance routines and cooldown. The instructor is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
