This is a little gem in DC! The dry cleaning service is great, and the owner/manager is friendly. The clothes are available on TIME and you can get rushed service with no extra charge — I dropped off a huge load of clothing and was able to pick it up the next day with no issues. The prices are pretty standard, and maybe even slightly cheaper than places I’ve used in the past. I would choose this place over busier places on the Hill… it’s small and reliable and the owner is attentive and sweet.

The pros: Great customer service– always friendly, courteous and attentive to the customer’s needs. Prompt– the clothes are always ready when they say it is. Effective– they’re pretty good with removing stains and making sure the clothes are handled with care The cons: It’s pricey– $ 7 for a small sized shirt is a bit much. The good thing is that it’s the same price for pants and dresses. Plus, it’s on the hill so the prices are comparable, perhaps lower than most other places around. Location– not very transportation friendly. It’s on 7th street in capitol hill but not near any metro station or bus stop.

I had three holes in my sweater that needed stitching. The lady was very nice and fixed them all in 20 mins for $ 8! I was a walk-in. She was quite humble and said, «That is the best that I can do.» but I will tell ya, it was professional work, imo. I will go back here again if I need anything done any time.

I dropped off my cloths for dry cleaning and alteration. I asked the lady if she could do it for next day because because of business trip. When I came to pick it up it was ready and she also gave me discounts. I would recommend this place to everyone
