Really wonderful customer service. When I purchased my watch they gave me a lot of time and let me try on anything that caught my eye.
When I broke the tongue of the band’s buckle, they fixed it quickly and for free.
I highly recommended the staff at this location. They are very friendly and knowledgable.

I’ve been to swatch stores from major European shops to tiny subway stores and this was the best shop I’ve visited! Tomas caught on quickly to my style and had me in and out in a satisfyingly quick 20 minutes. he was also helpful with my questions about town, making me feel comfortable as a swatch customer as well as a new kid in town. Shout out to Tomas and his awesome customer service as well as to every other cog that makes for a very smooth running store.

I was really impressed with the customer service and attention to detail that the employees here exhibit. They were able to track down a sold out watch and order it for me in time for a birthday. They also found a broken buckle and replaced the battery on another swatch I had. You can email the store which is a huge time saver, I only had to go out to Union Station once to get the watch repaired and a new battery for my other swatch, I highly recommend them!!!
