Established in 2001.

David starting practicing law in 1996 with the Public Defender Service in Washington DC. After stepping down as a staff attorney in 2001 David completed an LL. M in trial advocacy before opening his private practice.

Business Owner

David Benowitz has years of experience as a criminal defense lawyer. He was a Criminal Defense Lawyer at PDS for the District of Columbia («PDS»), recognized as the top criminal public defender office in the country for 7 years, where he represented clients in the defense of serious juvenile and adult criminal matters including first degree murder, first degree sexual abuse, and armed robbery.

Mr. Benowitz obtained an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. He graduated near the top of his class at GW Law School.
