History

Established in 2006.

Club 57 was started in 2006 after Gene & Bonnie Miller of Waseca restored a Historically registered building. The building was only weeks away from demolition when the Millers had a vision to turn the over 100 year old Warehouse building into the multi — use Miller Armstrong Center. What once was a grocery warehouse now houses Jonnie Beans coffeehouse in the basement, Club 57 bar n grill on the first floor, ELM Homes main office on the 2nd floor, and a conference center and Bed n Breakfast on the third floor. Adjacent to the Miller Armstrong building is the Starfire Grill — home of the finest steaks in southern Minnesota. Just recently the Miller Armstrong Center opened Tee Time Golf which has two golf simulators available to rent. The Millers goal for the building is to bring some history back to life and make Waseca a landmark destination that exemplifies it’s grand history.

Meet the Manager

Manager

Lifelong Waseca resident that takes pride in his hometown. I believe Waseca is more than a drive-thru or around community. The Miller Armstrong Center is an excellent example of brining the past to life. I’ve had many people from around the U.S. tell me in various forms how incredible the entire facility is and it’s great to see visitors marvel at the architecture, design, and bits of the past throughout the building.
