Best gel manicure I’ve ever had! Color beautiful, cuticles are great and two weeks later they still look like they were done yesterday! Thank you! Wish I lived closer to you but I was in town for a wedding.

I HIGHLY recommend this Salon. I too, am a Licenced Esthetician and Nail Technician (for 24 years now) and Also I former Educator for the Professional Beauty Industry., and consider myself somewhat of an Expert when it comes to Nail care… And I have nothing but accolades for this Nail Salon. From their Customer Service, SANITATION and Technique., my visit was nothing short of Stellar! My nail technician (Ryan) did one of the BEST pedicures I’ve ever had… I brought my Daughter and Daughter in Law along with me as a treat… And they too had a great experience! AND you also receive a nice little shoulder massage while your polish is drying!!! I WILL be back the next time I’m visiting!

Very clean, great selection of polish, friendly service. They can get very busy, especially on a Friday, so it’s best not to be in a hurry, even if you have an appointment.
I came here with a friend’s young daughter, and she was treated kindly and courteously (as was I). She received fingernail polish (with polka dot accents on one finger of each hand, by her choice) and it looked great. She was delighted with the results.
I had a pedicure, which felt wonderful, especially the callus removal from my poor, winter battered feet. Polish was applied efficiently but meticulously, and my nail tech was super nice. I’ve been here several times now and had consistently good experiences. Recommended.

First off, Mike. Mike is the best and most meticulous artist that i have come across in the entirety of my nail salon experience. I am a cosmetologist myself, therefore I’m licensed to do hair skin & nails. I know the procedures and nail sanitation and disinfection laws. This place is immaculately clean and thorough.
I sat in Mike’s chair as a walk-​in. I have been desperately hoping to come across a nail technician that is knowledgeable and proficient with free form gel nail application. **for those that don’t know; free form gel nails are a nail extension and enhancement applied without a nail tip — therefore are more durable. He did this without question. Which to me was destiny that Mike and i work together. I had been dying to find someone that knows how to do this style of gel nail application. In fact, a few of the staff came over to learn the technique, as they were unfamiliar with it. It costs a bit more but is worth it to me. I do a gel set without color. So with the gel he used is a soft pink. And i chose a coffin shape. If ya don’t know, look it up on Pinterest lol.
No air pockets or chips thus far. This application takes a bit longer than the standard drilled up nails so be patient. He knows what he’s doing. If you do a color i recommend the gel polish which adds 10 in cost, totaling $ 70.
To top it off when nails are done, light shoulder massage.
I come from NH to visit my bf down in RI and this is the only place i will get my nails done.

As promised in my prior review I returned because I had such a great experience the first time. This time, I came on a Friday night without an appointment. They seemed pretty busy but said they would take me anyway for a mani-​pedi. As the tech was doing my pedicure, they got more and more busy as walk-​ins came in along with people who had appointments. Even though they were busy I did not feel like my tech was rushing at all, I still received a great foot massage and he did a great job with the French on my toes.
I personally hate getting manicures because I ruin them but I was in a wedding so I got a french manicure as well. The manicure was pleasant but I could tell the staff seemed to be getting a little stressed out because they were so busy and they close at 7 — they were done working on me at 7:15. Perhaps because they were so busy, I didn’t get the neck /​shoulder massage which I had been looking forward to — but no matter, my nails looked really good and the staff remained professional and courteous to me the entire time. Will be back again.

Stopped here with my ladies to unwind with pedicures after my bachelorette party. the basic pedicure was amazing with the hot stones and paraffin wax on The heels topped off with a shoulder massage while our nails dried. just what we needed to conclude our weekend

Considering all the positive reviews, I can’t figure out what all the fuss is about. Yes, I enjoyed all the fluff– the massage, the choice of oils, and the lotion bag, but it was in the basics where I’m disappointed. I’m grossed out that under my nails were not cleaned. The cuticles are not well manicured or pedicured. And the polish is sloppy and lifted at the cuticles. Overall, nice extras but very, very poor work.

I’ve been coming to Top Nails and Spa for about 2 months now. The salon is great, very clean and welcoming. Many of the workers speak relatively good English, so you’re able to understand them. The dreams spa pedicure is by far the best I’ve ever had. They do take some time on your nails but they ensure they’re doing a good job. One complaint, they don’t give you enough time to choose a color. You tend to be followed around the nail polish selection which makes you feel rushed. Other than that it’s a great salon!

This is my FAVORITE local nail salon. They are super clean and do a great job. I enjoy how relaxed they make you feel. They are a few more dollars than other places around (maybe $ 5) but i don’t mind spending the extra money here because it is money well spent! Past few times I have gotten a pedicure I have ventured away from here but I always regret it! One of my favorite places around.

Stopped in randomly because my nails were looking terrible. They seated me right away for my manicure. Warm pack for my back was much needed. My nail tech took great care of my hands. Included with the mani was a scrub, paraffin wax, and shoulder massage. My nails look great and I’m feeling relaxed and my pockets weren’t raped!

Very clean. Super afforable and incredibly amenable to your wants. I will definitely be returning! Love my matte white stilettos.

I walked in to Salon Friday ¹¹⁄₁₃ after reading reviews for Salons in my area and coming across this one with its wonderful reviews!!! It is what they say it is. I had a GREAT experience and I made a follow up appointment! Thank you!!!

I got my nails done today by Jason and wow! I will not being going anywhere else! The prices are so affordable, everything is so clean, and the staff is so friendly!

I am really impressed by Top Nails! I found it randomly on Unilocal and saw that it had an average of 5 stars. That’s pretty rare for nail salons. It’s also really convenient to get to from my house, so I figured I’d give it a shot.
Called in the morning to make a noon appointment for my sister and me. We showed up about 20 minutes early and it was a packed house. We managed to get seated a little after noon, but then had to wait another 20 minutes or so while soaking our feet before the nail technicians were ready for us. They both apologized for the wait, and honestly, I was fine with it since we were soaking our feet and enjoying the massage chairs.
We both did the basic pedicure, which is $ 30. It’s so much more than your typical basic pedicure though. In addition to the basics, you get a light reflexology massage with your choice of oils. They also use hot stones on your legs at the end of the massage, and finally they apply hot paraffin wax to your heels by wrapping it to your feet in plastic bags. That is so much more than basic!
The only negative is that I don’t think the scrub your feet hard enough. They are a bit too gentle with the foot filing portion of the pedi and if you have really dry feet that just won’t be enough to slough off all the dead skin. The Spa at the Biltmore does a much better job with leaving your feet suuuuuper soft and silky at the end of the treatment, but I really did enjoy all the extras that came with this cheaper pedi option.
They have a great selection of colors, the staff is very pleasant and nice, and best of all, the really have the cleanest facilities around. They line each soaking tub with plastic before filling with water, and they also use disposable tools such as files, buffers, etc. All the other tools are sterilized. I felt much safer about getting my nails done here. You hear so many horror stories about people getting infections at nails salons. That seems really unlikely here.
I definitely plan on returning to Top Nails for many future pedicures. Maybe even a mane/​pedi, which is also pretty reasonably priced at $ 40. Not too shabby for one of the cleanest and most thoroughly relaxing pedicures I’ve ever had.

I get my acrylics filled here every two weeks. I love it. Mike is the best there. He is so incredibly thorough. I have to say that I love when I get Mike or the other guy who works there regularly (sorry, I can’t remember his name) because their massages are the best and they both do acrylics so well.
I get the gel polish and the fill is about $ 35. I usually even come in with broken nails or whatever, because I’m hard on my manicure, and they don’t charge me extra. They are super nice and the place is really clean and usually quiet. They do a great job and the environment is relaxing! Love it here! ** Just a side note: They only accept tips in cash or check. There is an ATM available, but it saves money to bring cash or whatever with you instead.**

I had a great experience at Top Nails and Spa! I went in for a basic pedicure and came out fully relaxed with a full pedi and mani. Mike did a great job on my toes and took his time. He was even patient with me when I changed my mind on the color (thanks mike!). A nice 10 minute massage later, and then those nice hot stones, and I was so relaxed!
He suggested a gel manicure on my regular nails which I have never had before. My nails have taken a beating this winter and my normally healthy nails have been peeling and brittle. Well, surprisingly two weeks later my nails are still perfectly manicured and beautiful!
I will be going back before my vacation to have it all done again!
