We help Baby-​Boomers, Gen X and Millennium couples with their family law issues, including separation, divorce, custody, parenting plans, support and equitable distribution. We advise and represent those going through post-​divorce issues. As an experienced mediator, we also work with clients outside of the court process to reach a well-​reasoned and lastly agreement concerning their particular facts.

We also represent injured employees who have workers compensation claims, clients injured in accidents, help clients create estate plans (including Powers of Attorney), and/​or probate estates.

History

Established in 2000.

I have practiced law since 1978 and began mediating divorces in 1995. In 2000, I separated from the firm I was practicing with and began my successful solo practice.
